3. Account Registration

For Restaurant Owners:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated business information.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, health codes, licensing, and food safety regulations.
• Menu, pricing, and business details must be truthful and up to date.

For End Users:

• Provide accurate personal information for orders and reservations.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse them.

4. Services Provided

Our platform facilitates connections between restaurant owners and end users for purposes such as browsing menus, placing orders, making reservations, and leaving reviews. We are not a restaurant, caterer, or food handler.

5. Payments & Transactions

• Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors; their terms also apply.
• Restaurant owners are responsible for the accuracy of pricing and applicable taxes.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the restaurant’s policy and applicable laws.

6. User Content

• End users may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or comments (“User Content”).
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
• You must not post any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

7. Restaurant Owner Content

• Restaurants may upload menus, images, descriptions, and other content (“Restaurant Content”).
• Restaurant Owners grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote such content on our platform.
• You must have rights to all Restaurant Content and ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting false or misleading information.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting on the platform. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida, USA.
