FilterToFork App (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) is based in the United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our

(the “Website”),
our mobile/desktop applications (the “App”), and related services (collectively, the
“Services”).
This Policy applies to personal information processed by us in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information unless necessary (e.g., precise location for a feature you enable). Do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable sharing.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and interactions, and from third parties (e.g., identity verification providers, analytics and advertising partners, payment processors, and publicly available sources).
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and device identifiers to provide analytics, measure performance, and deliver interest-based ads. You can control cookies via browser settings and mobile OS ad settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features.

Nevada: Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of “covered information” by contacting us.
To exercise state privacy rights, please email privacy@filtertofork.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” and indicate your state of residence. We may verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. If we deny your request (VA/CO/CT), you may appeal by replying “Appeal” to our decision email.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or anonymize it according to our retention policies.
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws.
The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Our Services do not currently respond to such signals. You may use the choices described in Your Choices & Controls.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Policy and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective indicates your acceptance.
